Lance Hart is an American adult film actor, director and studio owner born May 19, 1979 in the United States. He started his career in 2007 when he was 27, after working several different jobs. Initially, Sean Cody was a contract performer in gay porn films for two years until 2009. In 2009, he bought an SD camera from Walmart and published an ad on Backpage to search for fetistic models. He then started his own company, PervOutt in Tampa, Florida, and uploaded its contents to the Clips4Sale page. In 2011, PervOut grew into a network of 100 self-paid sides for adult performers.
