Before entering the adult film industry, LaCroix was a dancer at various music festivals and Burning Man. He started filming in December 2011, but left after six months, citing burnout. He returned in November 2012. In December 2014, it was announced that LaCroix had been signed to a contract with ArchAngel Productions, but he quit less than three months before it was due to expire. In 2016, LaCroix was a judge on the web-based reality show The Sex Factor , a porn version of The X Factor.
